According to the present invention, provided is a double-refraction pattern transfer foil that has a pattern chemical anisotropic layer comprising two or more regions and at least one adhesive layer on a temporary support medium, wherein the double refraction property of at least one of the layers is different, and the double-refraction pattern transfer foil is characterized in that: a blocking prevention means is performed on the adhesive layer; and/or the double-refraction pattern transfer foil is characterized in that: retardation of the adhesive layer is no more than 40nm. This double-refraction pattern transfer foil has excellent applicability and handling, and can be used on a variety of subjects.
