PURPOSE: An auxiliary charging device for an electric bicycle using solar power is provided to charge a rechargeable battery without additional charging device and to use a cover by installing in both sides of a wheel to prevent interruption in driving. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary charging device for an electric bicycle using solar power comprises a bicycle coupling member(110), a shaft(120), rotary brackets(130), cell panel attachment blades(140), and solar cell panels(150). The bicycle coupling member is fixed in one side of a frame of an electric bicycle. The shaft is extended from one side of the bicycle coupling member and is installed above a wheel in parallel. The rotary brackets are rotatably coupled to the shaft. The sell panel attachment blades are coupled to the rotary brackets. The solar cell panels are installed on a surface of the cell panel attachment blades and are electrically connected with a rechargeable battery.
