<p>PURPOSE: A hot air drier is provided to pre-heat air inflowing from outside for drying agricultural products using the heat exchange with waste heat instead of directly inserting into a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: A hot air drier comprises the following: front/back partition walls(4,6) installed on a long housing(2) for forming front and back air inducing spaces(8) and a drying chamber(10); plural conveyors(14) formed with net belts(12) and installed in the drying chamber for transferring products to be dried inserted into an inlet(20) to an outlet(22); plural heater rods(18) located among the net belts of each conveyor; fans(26) connected to a driver motor(24), and axially installed on the bottom opening of the partition walls; and a heat exchanger(30) installed in a mounted conduit(32).</p> |
