FAULT CHECKER OF AUTO PALLET FOR CHASSIS IN VEHICLES AND CHECKING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A faulty product detecting device of an automatic palette for vehicle body components and method thereof are provided to reduce a time and costs required for an assembling process of vehicle body components by detecting a deformation or damage of an automatic palette from a plate performing a loading/unloading process in which the vehicle body components are loaded or unloaded. CONSTITUTION: A faulty product detecting device of an automatic palette for vehicle body components comprises an automatic palette body(10), a support stand(50), a sensing unit, and a controlling unit. The automatic palette body is seated on a plate where a loading/unloading process of vehicle body components is performed. The support stand is installed in the automatic palette body and accepts the vehicle body components. The sensing unit diffuses a diffusion body to the support stand side and detects the reflected diffusion body. The controlling unit detects the diffusion body reflected the support stand, thereby deciding whether the support stand is faulty or not.
