摘要 PURPOSE: A motor temperature estimating method and apparatus for an environmentally-friendly vehicle are provided to improve the stability and efficiency of motor control by using current control values affected by the actual temperature of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION: A voltage/current detecting unit provides the output voltage and current of a battery consumed by the driving of a motor while an environmentally-friendly vehicle is running. A temperature estimating unit estimates the temperature of a permanent magnet using a torque command of a driver and output voltage and current(S103). The input of the torque command is detected by a current reference generating unit(S104). An angular speed of rotation of a motor is inputted from a resolver(S105). A current command is applied to an interpolator(S106). The interpolator applies a current command interpolated applying the estimated temperature of the permanent magnet to a current controller(S107). The current controller applies a current command to a PWM generator(S108). The driving of the motor is controlled following the torque command of the driver(S109).
