PURPOSE: A dispenser equipped with a cooling tool is provided to maintain amount of spraying, thereby improving a spraying quality. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser equipped with a cooling tool comprises a joint, a nozzle, a syringe, a driving part(10), a cooling tool, and an injection hole(101). The joint is installed in bottom surface of the driving part with a rectangular type. The nozzle unit is installed in lower side of the joint. The syringe part is installed on side of the joint. The driving part comprises a tappet(18) which vibrates by being connected with a piezoelectric element module which is located in internal space. The cooling tool can cools the piezoelectric element module which is installed in inner space of the driving part. The air injection hole(101) is formed on surface of the driving part body in order to inject external air by force to the piezoelectric element module.
