PURPOSE: A panel inspecting jig and a panel inspection apparatus using the same are provided to selectively attach or detach a support block which supports a panel from a holding member, thereby holding the panel on the holding member regardless of the size of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A holding member(120) is arranged in a direction of an image quality inspection part in order to be able to rotate. A panel holder(122) and a mounting base(124) are arranged on the holding member. A plurality of holes(128) is formed on the panel holder. A center block(160) is a distance between panels according to the size of the panel. A guide block(170) is arranged adjacent to the outer circumferential surface of the holding member.
