<p>The invention relates to a vehicle battery compartment, including: an outer casing defining a chamber for receiving a battery, a disconnector (19) which includes a base (20) provided with spaced-apart electrical contact means (22, 23) and which is suitable for being connected to a removable member (21) provided with a cutoff bar (24), whereby, after connecting, the cutoff bar of the removable member connects the electrical contact means of the base, the base of the disconnector being attached to said outer casing and the removable member of the disconnector being accessible to the exterior of said casing when same is connected to the base, one (22) of the contact means of the base being electrically connected to one (13) of the electrical terminals of the battery, via a first electrical connection means (15a), while the other contact means (23) of the base is connected to a second electrical contact means (15b) of the base intended for an external electrical connection of the battery.</p> |
