PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing natural extract and alpha blockers is provided to suppress 5-alpha reductase and to prevent and treat prostate disorder. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating prostate disorder contains extract of saw palmetto, nettle, pygeium, pollen, or pumpkin seeds and alpha blockers. The alpha-blocker includes tamsulosin, terazosin, alfuzosin, doxazosin, or cilozosin. The pollen is obtained from Phleum pretense, Zea mays, Secale cerealee, Alnus serrulata, Salix sp., Populus tremula, Chrysanthemum leucanthemum, Pinus Montana, Alnus glutinosa, or Dactylis glomerata.
