PURPOSE: A method for processing and purifying fluidic food, drink, and blood, a method for processing milk, a method for manufacturing seawater, a method for manufacturing fluidic food, a method for treating food waste, a method for producing gas, and a system for purifying blood are provided to simply treat waste and sludge. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying apparatus includes a circular or rectangular filtering container(1). A first filtering part(5), a second filtering part(4), and a third filtering part(3) are arranged at the upper peripheral of the filtering container. A compressive container(76) is arranged at the upper side of the filtering container and includes penetrated holes. Sweater or polluted water is successively introduced into the compressive container, the filtering container, and the filtering parts. Brushes(99) and a microwave oscillator are further prepared to generate a material friction action and a material explosion action.
