PURPOSE: A graphite furnace is provided to improve the baking quality of a based material by arranging heating elements, in which heater rods are horizontally arranged, in multiple stages in a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION: A graphite furnace comprises a case(4), a furnace body(6), and graphite heating elements(12). The furnace body is formed of an insulating material(14) in the case. The graphite heating elements are horizontally installed in multiple stages in a heating chamber(10) of the furnace body so that a baked material is placed on heater rods(50). A cooling water chamber(8) is formed around the furnace body. |
