PURPOSE: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a touch display device with the same are provided to form a light sensing element and a control switching element on a display substrate, thereby simplifying manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: Data lines(DLm-2,DLm-1,DLm) are extended in a first direction. The data lines are arranged in a second direction which crosses the first direction. Lead lines(RLk) are extended in the first direction and arranged in the second direction. Gate lines(GLn) are extended in the second direction and arranged in the first direction. Bias lines(BLn) are extended in the second direction and arranged in the first direction. The bias lines are adjacent to the gate lines.
