<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof cement admixture which improves waterproof property of cement concrete and a cement composition. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the following. (1) The waterproof cement admixture contains a carbonation admixture and a water repellent. (2) In the waterproof cement admixture of (1), the carbonation admixture contains γ-2CaO/SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. (3) In the waterproof cement admixture of (2), the carbonation admixture has a Blaine specific surface area of ≥2,000 cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g.
