<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce a consumption current of pixels that separately samples and holds positive video signals and negative video signals in two retention volumes. <P>SOLUTION: Respective gate wirings are divided, with a gate wiring of a constant current load transistor Q9 in a source follower buffer for positive electrode defined as B+ and, with a gate wiring of a constant current load transistor Q10 in a source follower buffer for negative electrode defined as B-. Thereby, a control is performed to feed a current to only the source follower buffer in the side where one of the switching transistors Q5 and Q6 is turned on and performs the scanning, and to feed no current to the other source follower buffer.
