PURPOSE: A system scaffold and a construction method thereof are provided to enable the convenient installation of various scaffolds by installing an additional structure in a space formed by vertically and horizontally arranged pipes. CONSTITUTION: A system scaffold comprises fixed pipes(100), assembly pipes(200), stopping members(400), and safety bars(500). The fixed pipes are installed outside a building at uniform intervals. The assembly pipes are installed in a direction crossing the fixed pipes. The stopping members are detachably installed in the spaces formed by the fixed and assembly pipes. The safety bars are installed in the spaces in a diagonal direction.
