PURPOSE: A voltage divider is provided to constantly generate a distribution voltage regardless of a temperature by implementing two voltage dividers with a mirror type. CONSTITUTION: A first voltage dividing unit(100) is connected between a power voltage terminal and an output node and divides a power voltage. A second voltage dividing unit(110) is connected between a ground voltage terminal and the output node and divides a ground voltage. The first voltage dividing unit includes a first resistance device and a first MOS transistor(N2). The first resistance device is connected between a power voltage terminal and a first node. The first MOS transistor is connected between the first node and the output node and receives an input signal through a gate terminal.
