PURPOSE: A three and two dimensional image display device and an image display method are provided to enable easy applying to various interface environments without addition or change of hardware. CONSTITUTION: A three and two dimensional image display device comprises: a data driving unit(140) for outputting column data of an input image; a scan driving unit(130) for controlling the driving of a plurality of odd scan lines and even scan lines; a display panel(110) for implementing two dimensional image or three dimensional image; and a parallax device(120) for forming binocular disparity between images displayed at odd lines and even lines.
