PURPOSE: A rotation cut-off type pressing apparatus and a blind flange coupling apparatus for a pressure test using the same are provided to implement complete sealing by preventing the deformation of a gasket. CONSTITUTION: A rotation cut-off type pressing apparatus comprises a rotary moving unit(110) which is moved by being rotated, a movable pressing unit(130) which is attached to the rotary moving unit and moved along with the rotary moving unit, and a rotation blocking unit(120) which comprises a bearing arranged between the rotary moving unit and the movable pressing unit in order to prevent the rotation of the movable pressing unit. |
