A suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner is provided to prevent contraction of a pedal support part by dividing a pressure pedal into the pedal support part and a pedal cover, and to improve the rigidity by increasing the thickness of a rib formed in the lower part of the pedal support part. A suction nozzle for a vacuum includes a body in which a suction pipe is turned and installed, a turn regulating unit for restricting rotation of the suction pipe, a height adjusting unit for adjusting the height of the body, and a pressure pedal for transmitting pressure to the turn regulating unit or the height adjusting unit and having a pedal support part(372) and a pedal cover(378) placed in the pedal support part. Plural ribs are formed in the lower part of the pedal support part, and a seating part is stepped in the pedal support part to place the pedal cover. |
