PURPOSE: A data transmission method of a mobile communication system is provided to transmit data to an MTC terminal in a network non-connection state through wireless connection with network. CONSTITUTION: An MTC(Machine Type Communication) terminal(300) transmits a random access preamble message to a base station(400). The MTC terminal receives a random access response message from the base station. The MTC terminal transmits data based on uplink resource allocation information.
