<p>PURPOSE: A call trace ID allocating method and an apparatus thereof are provided to allocate a trace reference ID in 3GPP LTE and to minimize collision between heterogeneous systems in call trace. CONSTITUTION: A call trace ID allocating device performs initialization routine(S110). The device performs a qualification authentication procedure of an EMS(Element Management System)(S120).
