<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can easily change information included in apparatus information transmitted to a mediation device even after release of apparatus firmware and to provide a remote management method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device includes: a request response management portion 181 receiving a transmission request of designated apparatus information with a determination condition for determining whether apparatus information of a compound machine is designated apparatus information or not; an apparatus information collecting portion 184 collecting all apparatus information of the compound machine when the transmission request is received; a determining portion 186 determining whether all collected apparatus information are applied to designated apparatus information by determining whether they satisfy the determination condition or not; and a generating portion 187 extracting the apparatus information determined to be applied to the designated apparatus information from all the apparatus information and generating transmission apparatus information transmitted to a managing apparatus from the extracted apparatus information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
