PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit conventional complicated input operation by a user, and to prevent forgetfulness of inputting of information of tire replacement when a tire is actually replaced.

SOLUTION: This tire replacement determining system determines the possibility of replacing the tire of a vehicle 3, and includes an acquiring part 21 for determining information on the relationship between a rotating speed of the tire T provided in the vehicle 3 and a travel distance of the vehicle 3, and a determining part 22 for determining a change degree of the relationship between the rotating speed and the travel distance and determining that there is the possibility of replacing the tire when the change degree exceeds a predetermined threshold value α.
