<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support travel so that a vehicle safely travels by considering a road surface condition on the road even when the vehicle is traveling at a place remote from the road of a bad road surface condition. <P>SOLUTION: An acquisition part 21 of a probe vehicle 3a acquires operation information meaning that a safety device 10 is in operation including information about a road position and date and time. At a probe center 2, a collection part 22 collects environmental information about the environment affecting the road surface condition with respect to one or more road positions including information about date and time, and the environmental information is associated with the operation information and accumulated in a database 26 with the information about the road position and date and time as reference for association. When the environmental information about the prescribed road position is acquired, a determination part 23 searches the database 26 for the operation information associated with the environmental information and, when there is operation information associated, determines that the prescribed road position can be bad in road surface condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
