<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy having not only good electrical conductivity, but also high strength, excellent bending workability and excellent stress relaxation resistance properties. <P>SOLUTION: In the copper alloy composed of 2.0-3.6% Ni, 0.4-1.0% Si, 0.05-1.5% Sn, 0.05-3.0% Zn and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities, average crystal grain size is 10-40 μm, average area ratio of cubic orientation is ≥20%, and a difference in the area ratios of the cubic orientation between 1/4 thickness part and 1/2 thickness part is within 5%, and a KAM (Kernel Average Misorientation) value is 1.00-3.00. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
