<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate a negative pressure source path and a cooling air supply path when a suction button is not pressurized without enlarging the suction button. <P>SOLUTION: Inside an insertion part 11, a cooling air suction conduit 29 whose one end is opened inside an insertion part distal end 11a is inserted. Inside the insertion part 11, a gap path 64 formed by a gap between the inner periphery and a cooling air supply conduit 29 or the like and communicated to a ventilation connector 38 is provided. To the suction button 33, the cooling air suction conduit 29, a negative pressure source path 35 communicated to a suction pump 34, and a suction path 21 communicated to a suction port 21 are connected. A check valve 85 is attached to the part connected to the cooling air suction conduit 29 inside the suction button 33. When suction is OFF, negative pressure suction force inside the suction button 33 elevated by the suction of the suction pump 34 is received and the check valve 85 is opened. Air sucked from the ventilation connector 38 flows through the gap path 64 to the cooling air suction conduit 29 and the inside of the insertion part distal end 11a is cooled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
