BED APPARATUS AND IMAGE DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed apparatus and image diagnostic apparatus preventing enlargement.

SOLUTION: This bed apparatus includes a top board 41 on which a subject P is placed; a bed frame 42 supporting the top board 41 movably in the longitudinal direction; a motor 50 disposed in the lower side of the bed frame 42 and generating a motive power for vertically actuating the bed frame 42; a variable-speed gear mechanism 51 for shifting the rotation speed of the motive power outputted from the motor 50; a vertical drive mechanism 45 having a conversion mechanism 52 that converts the motive power shifted by the variable-speed gear mechanism 51 into the vertical motive power and transmits it to the bed frame; and a load detector 46, when the subject P is placed on the top board 41, detecting a load applied to the vertical drive mechanism 45. A change gear ratio of the variable-speed gear mechanism 51 is variably controlled based on the detection signal detected by the load detector 46.
