PURPOSE: A wiring path making program and a method thereof are provided to reduce the number of the wiring candidates by considering an specific condition without reviewing all wiring candidates. CONSTITUTION: A coordinate of a source terminal and a signal receiving terminal are obtained in 2D coordinate system(S11). Initial state vector pattern decides the source terminal as a parent node and decides the signal receiving terminal as a child node, and the child node is decided into an unprocessing vector(S12). The total sum of duplication values is produced about possible all vector pairs, which consist of two vectors.
