PURPOSE: A jig apparatus for laser welding is provided to prevent welding fail due to the vibration of a robot by passing weld lines of two base materials through the fixed irradiation spot of a laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A jig apparatus(20) for laser welding comprises first to fourth bearing blocks(B1, B2, B3, B4), first and second screw rods(SR1, SR2), first and second guide rods(GR1, GR2), first and second motors(M1, M2), first and second moving rods (MR1, MR2), and a moving block(MB). The bearing blocks are installed in each corner of the upper side of a jig base(21). The first and second motors supply rotation driving power. The first moving rod is installed in the first screw rod and the first guide rod to be slid. The second moving rod is installed in the second screw rod and the second guide rod to be slid. The moving block is inserted in the first and second moving rods to be moved. |
