PURPOSE: Environment-friendly energy generation equipment is provided to continuously obtain torque by inclining a weight to one side by a circular rack gear and a pinion. CONSTITUTION: Environment-friendly energy generation equipment comprises an outer container(101), a buoyant tank(102), a fixed air space, a variable-buoyancy generating tank(106), a water-level control tank(116), a barrier tub, a chain(128), an one-way clutch(125), and a power generator(124). The buoyant tank is installed inside the outer container. The fixed air space is formed in the lower part of the buoyant tank. The variable-buoyancy generating tank is installed under a predetermined space from the buoyant tank. The water-level control tank is installed outside the outer container. Water smoothly flows to the water-level control tank through a connecting pipe(127). The width of the barrier tub is narrower than the variable-buoyancy generating tank. One end of the chain is connected to the upper part of the buoyant tank, and the other end is connected to the lower part of the buoyant tank. The chain extracts buoyancy and gravity generated from the buoyant tank. The power generator is operated using the one-way clutch.
