PURPOSE: A disk brake device for a railway vehicle is provided to improve braking power by constantly delivering power to caliper levers according to the movement of a piston rod of a piston. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake device for a railway vehicle(100) comprises a housing, a movable part, and an actuating part. The housing is installed between caliper levers(110,110a) arranged in both sides. The caliper levers actuates to operate a pair of brake head(120) by a piston rod(132) of a piston(130). The movable part is arranged inside the housing and is installed among the piston rod of the piston and the caliper levers. The actuating part activates the caliper levers according to the operation of the movable part.
