PURPOSE: A joint box manufacturing method is provided to prevent deformation of a rear cover by forming a protrusion, having the same height as a space formed by a bolt head, on the top of a front cover or the rear cover. CONSTITUTION: A joint box manufacturing method comprises the steps of: extrusion-molding a metal material to form a main body where square columns are formed on the exterior, bolt holes are formed in the corners, and recessed curves are formed between the bolt holes, cutting the main body to a set length to obtain a unit box body, connecting a front cover(200) and a rear cover, which have joint holes formed by pressing corresponding to the bolt holes, to the front and rear sides of the unit box body, fastening the front and rear covers to the unit box body to complete a joint box. Protrusions(203) are vertically formed on the top of the front and rear covers.
