METHOD FOR REMOVING AMMONIA FROM AMMONIA LIQUOR

PURPOSE: A method for eliminating ammonia from ammonia liquor is provided to prevent the generation of bubbles in ammonia steel by preventing the reaction of caustic soda and oxygen molecules. CONSTITUTION: A method for eliminating ammonia from ammonia liquor includes a process in which a mixture containing an emulsifier compound is generated with respect to 1l of ammonia liquor. The emulsifier compound includes 1 to 1.5kg of caustic soda and 0.1 to 0.3kg of fatty acid ester functional groups. The caustic soda is mixed with the emulsifier compound in order to prevent oxygen molecules from being combined with the surface of sodium ions(S101). The generation of bubbles is prevented. The mixture is supplied to ammonia steel(S102). The emulsifier compound is sorbitan fatty acid ester.
