FABRICATION METHOD OF HYDROPHILIC POLYSULFONE MEMBRANE AND THE POLYSULFONE MEMBRANE THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a separating membrane based on the hydrophilization of polysulfone and a polysulfone separating membrane manufactured by the same are provided to disperse additional pores in the pores of the separating membrane. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a separating membrane based on the hydrophilization of polysulfone includes a process in which polysulfone is dissolved in a solvent and is precipitated or spray-dried by using a non-solvent. The solvent is n-dimethyl formamide, methylene chloride, chlorobenzene, dimethyl formamide, methyl pyrrolidone, dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethyl acetate, benzonitrile, or tetramethyl urea. The resultant product is vacuum-dried to obtain polysulfone particles. Electron beam is irradiated to the polysulfone particles. The polysulfone particles through the irradiation of the electron beam are added into a solvent with hydrophilic monomers, and a graft reaction is implemented to obtain a polysulfone separating membrane.
