PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion device is provided to prevent the deterioration of photoelectric conversion efficiency and the shortage of a lifetime due to the change of an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A dye sensitive photoelectric panel(100) generates electric energy by converting optical energy. A load(200) accumulates the electric energy generated from the dye sensitive photoelectric panel. An electrolyte state measuring unit(300) generates an electrolyte state signal by measuring the state of the electrolyte included in the dye sensitive photoelectric panel. A control unit(400) generates a control signal by using a photoelectric state signal and the electrolyte state signal. An electrolyte supply unit(500) supplies electrolytes to the dye sensitive photoelectric panel in response to the control unit.
