PURPOSE: A liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to bond a replacement gate driving unit with an electrode pad when a gate driving unit is damaged or defective, thereby replacing an existing gate driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate lines are formed in one direction. A plurality of data lines are formed in a direction which is orthogonal to the gate lines. A switching device is formed on a portion where the gate lines cross the data lines. A gate driving unit(125) is connected to one end of the gate lines. An electrode pad unit(130) is connected to the other end of the gate lines.
