PURPOSE: A control device and a refrigerating device are provided to control the temperature rise of the refrigerating device even if power supply voltage of a compressor is temporarily dropped. CONSTITUTION: A control device comprises a temperature measurement unit(100), a voltage measurement unit(101), and control units(102,103). The temperature measurement unit measures the internal temperature of a refrigerator based on the output of a temperature sensor and displays the measured temperature through a display unit. The voltage measurement unit measures voltage of a power source. The control units cut off a second circuit breaker serially installed on a first circuit breaker when the measured voltage of the power source is lower than fixed voltage.
