PURPOSE: A purchase right display method is provided to authenticate purchase right information stored in a smart card through an article management institute in a purchase process by confirming article information corresponding to sale articles. CONSTITUTION: A purchase right of a card user(445) is provided to an operating unit through a user interface of a card terminal apparatus. The card terminal apparatus authenticates the purchase right of the card user for a purchase article through an offline or an online mode by using purchase right information. The card terminal apparatus processes payment for the purchase product by normally executing the an authentication process.
