PURPOSE: A household broadcast control apparatus for apartment houses is provided to enable a user to selectively listen to normal broadcasts except for emergency broadcasts according to a user establishment mode. CONSTITUTION: A switching unit(55) responses to switching signals permitted from a relay unit connected with a disaster prevention system. In case the switching signal is an emergency broadcast, a selecting control unit(30) transmits emergency broadcast data to household speakers(400) through the switching unit. In case the switching signal is a normal broadcast, the selecting control unit transmits normal broadcast data through the household speakers according to a volume controlled state or stores the normal broadcast data in a memory unit(34) according to a user establishment mode. |
