PURPOSE: An audio device and a display device with the same, and a lip sync correcting device and a method thereof are provided to compensate for a delayed time difference due to audio sound decoding and encoding operations of an external device. CONSTITUTION: An audio device comprises the following units. A first receiving unit(401) receives an audio signal. A transmitting unit transmits the audio signal and the test signal to an external device. A second receiving unit(405) receives a return signal in response to the test signal. A speaker outputs a voice in response to the audio signal and adjusts voice output timing about the audio signal according to the return signal. The speaker synchronizes voice output timing with the voice output timing of the external device. |
