PURPOSE: A vehicle drain apparatus is provided to improve safety of the road by reducing the spray of the rain backward by drain the rain through storing process. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle drain apparatus comprises an inlet hole(2), a water collecting pipe(4), a suction pump(6), a storage unit(8), and a control unit(9). The inlet hole is installed in the rear inner portion of a fender(1). The water collecting pipe is connected to the inlet hole. The suction pump is connected to the water collecting pipe. The storage unit comprises a drain valve for water drain. The control unit detects the driving condition of a vehicle in the rain.
