PURPOSE: A pulverized coal forming method a forming device is provided to improve the formability of pulverized coal by mixing the pulverized coal with undried coal blend and pelletized. CONSTITUTION: A pulverized coal forming device comprises a pulverized coal hopper(10), a coal blend hopper(12), a binder hopper(14), a mixer(30), and a forming unit(40). The pulverized coal hopper saves the pulverized coal classified in a dryer(100). The coal blend hopper stores non-dried mixed coal. The binder hopper stores binder. The mixer is connected to each hoper and mixes pulverized coal, mixed coal, and binder. The forming unit is connected to the mixer and makes mixed materials into coal briquette(P). |
