PURPOSE: Non-oriented electrical steel sheets with superior magnetic properties and a method for manufacturing the same, are provided to reduce precipitates by adding minimum Al and Mn for deoxidizing steel. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing non-oriented electrical steel sheets with superior magnetic properties comprises the following steps. A slab is hot-rolled. The slab comprises below 0.005% C, below 0.1~1.5% S, below 0.1% Mn, below 0.2% P, below 0.01%Al, below 0.001~0.01% S, below 0,004% Ti, below 0.004 N, residual Fe, and inevitable impurities. The hot-rolled slab is cold-rolled. The cold-rolled slab is middle-annealed and a skin pass rolling is processed. The slab comprises blow 0.05% Mn and below 0.005% Sol/Al. The slab additionally comprises at least one among the 0.005%~0.2% Sn or 0.005%~0.2% Sb. |
