PURPOSE: A unit cell of fuel cell stack is provided to control temperature deviation in a separator, thereby improving performance and life time of a fuel cell stack. CONSTITUTION: A unit cell of fuel cell stack comprises: a separator(10) in which one or more fuel supply hole(20) is formed to supply fuel inside a stack; and one or more fuel flow control unit(30) in the separator provided to control fuel flow. The fuel flow control unit consists of a first fuel flow control part and a second fuel flow control part in order to reduce reforming reaction of fuel in a region nearby the fuel supply hole.
