摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A Portland cement clinker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce amount of carbon dioxide generation by replacing magnesium refining reduction slag for considerable amount of raw material lime stones. CONSTITUTION: A Portland cement clinker comprises 35-40 wt% of magnesium refining heat reduction slag, 17-20 wt% of electro furnace steel-manufacturing slag, and 43-46 wt% of limestone based on total weight of the clinker. The magnesium refining heat reduction slag comprises 53-57 wt% of CaO, 33-37 wt% of SiO2, 0.5-6 wt% of Al2O3, 3.5-6.1 wt% of Fe2O3, and 2-4 wt% of MgO based on the total weight of the heat reduction slag. A manufacturing method of the Portland cement clinker comprises the following steps: mixing and pulverizing the magnesium refining heat reduction slag, the steel-manufacturing slag and limestone; and plasticizing at 1300-1400 deg. Celsius.</p>
