METALIC PATTERN FOR FLANGE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FLANGE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A mold for a flange and a method for manufacturing the flange using the same are provided to favorably form objects without fracture by estimating a thickness of a final product. CONSTITUTION: A mold for a flange comprises a lower die(80), a holder(50), a flanging member(70), and an upper punch(60). The lower die is correspondently stepped to a lower part of the flange. The holder is correspondently formed to an upper part of the flange, and the center of the holder is bored. The flanging member encloses a lower periphery of the lower die. The upper punch is formed into the size corresponding to a hole of the flange.
