PURPOSE: A connection device for a structure and an outrigger using the same are provided to improve the stability of a structure by absorbing and dissipating energy caused by a horizontal load in multi-stages. CONSTITUTION: A connection device for a structure comprises side boards(300), two or more kinds of inner support boards(100,200). The inner support boards are arranged to be vertical to the side boards and are extended in different directions from each other. The inner support boards have different yield points from each other and have multiple slits(400) parallel with each other.
