PURPOSE: A mold apparatus and manufacturing method for an optical and mechanical structure using the same, and a LCD display unit comprising the same are provided to increase the light efficiency of a LCD module by applying mirror-like finishing to the side portion of a module core, a support main, and a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A mold apparatus comprises an injection cylinder(101) and first and second core units(110, 120). The injection cylinder is filled with melted resin. The first core unit is connected to the injection cylinder. The first and second core units form molding space and the melted resin is injected in the molding space. One or more side surfaces of the molding space of the first and second core units are worked through a mirror-like finishing.
