PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polypropylene carbonate resin is provided to increase thermal stability while maintaining molecular weight or physicochemical property of the polypropylene carbonate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polypropylene carbonate resin comprises the following step: reacting polyols which include polypropylene carbonate resin containing hydroxyl group at one end with alkylisocyanates or diisocyanates with a reactive extrusion method. The alkyl isocyanate is alkyl isocyanate having less than 14 carbons or alkyl isocyanate which includes an aromatic group within a molecule. The polyol is a mixture including 100.0 parts by weight of polypropylene carbonate resin and 2-25 parts by weight of a third polyol.
