PURPOSE: A heat treatment method of a super-duplex stainless steel weld zone is provided to improve corrosion resistance and impact toughness of the welded portion of a super-duplex stainless steel by preventing the precipitation of Cr nitride while cooling. CONSTITUTION: A heat treatment method of a super-duplex stainless steel weld zone is as follows. The super-duplex stainless steel including a welded portion is heated to the 1150°C in a furnace and kept in the state of 1150°C during ten minutes. The heated super-duplex stainless steel including a welded portion is water-cooled to normal temperature.
